Los Angeles Property Management specializes in Rent Control! There are 4 cities in the Greater Los Angeles Metro Area that have adopted rent control ordinances in their respective cities; Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica.

Recently Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) and the Community Investment Department merged into one new department, Los Angeles Housing and Community Investment Department, HCID. The rent control ordinance still has not changed and all of the original LAHD programs are still intact.
